At Adan’s Creations, we aim to provide high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@adansbyrizwana.com.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A refund request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos of the issue are provided
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy (If Applicable)
In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
